 What's most important strategizing for a prince is that he relies on the menforce that will be mandatory to fortify the city with or without his personal fortune. Perhaps at the micro level this seems impossible to utilize all the private fortune for the high stakes affairs. But there's a great difficulty, if pupils follow the prince's advice and still there's a chance of burning the house inasmuch if fire remains in some perimeter.
