اے چاند! تو بات بنے🌝

 چاند خود میرے دہلیز پہ آۓ، تو بات بنے  

افق سے اپنا جو نور، میرے آنگن کی جانب  

اتنا اضطراب ہے، کہ بات کرنے کے لیے  

مجھ سے، آنکھوں پہ پہرا سجائے، ملاتا ہے  

خواب میں، یا ڈرتا روبرو ہونے سے میرے  

فاصلے جو کچھ کم کرو اے چاند! تو بات بنے
